Eureka Tutors began with a straightforward frustration: too many good students were quietly falling behind, not because they weren't capable, but because they'd never had a tutor who explained things in a way that actually fit how they think.

The bigger problem is that most families who need that kind of help can't get it. Private tutoring is expensive, and plenty of parents who'd gladly get their child support just can't justify the cost. That's the gap we started Eureka Tutors to close: real, personalized tutoring at a price more families can actually say yes to.

Talking with teachers made the urgency clearer. Several told us the same thing: the disruption since COVID left real gaps in students' foundations, gaps that don't go away on their own. They just get carried forward, quietly, until a student hits a harder grade and the missing pieces catch up with them all at once.

So we built a tutoring company around fit and affordability first. Every tutor we bring on is vetted for subject mastery and for their ability to teach it patiently, clearly, and in a way that builds real confidence, not just short-term grades.
